18/04/2025: It's rare that you get 5 stars from me. That would have meant that there was nothing to improve. Super nice that they now have scan too go. But I could have thought that the exit was moved to a place of its own. And probably also with double. Scan. Because you can fear that it will be taken advantage of when you don't keep an eye out for more people running out with the same voucher. It's the best Bilka I've visited, and I've been to many. It is RARE that the aisles are blocked by a fulfiller. They have fast staff in those general offices. Boxes. They must be better at putting staff in the scan themselves who are not just there to talk, but who are there for the customers. And cheer up the staff. Help them smile as it feels like they have entered the penalty box. 😉
