We got a great dish of the week at a very fair price in Øens Madhus, which is part of Generationernes Hus. The food tasted great, and it was nice that we could play a game while we ate. A really good experience.

Øens Madhus is really nice if you want to eat deliciously and informally. It is very child-friendly as there is space and the children have the opportunity to walk around and explore the place.

22/07/2026: A nice little restaurant with lovely service, delicious food and great wine.
05/05/2026: The food was amazing and affordable - and all made from scratch (even the broth for the pea soup) The service friendly - the owner is french - but speaks danish, so it was fun to practise the very limited french I speak 🙂 if you are looking for a cozy affordable place with really good food- and nice wine.
