Escobar Aarhus

15/07/2025: The food is delicious and there is 'honor in the profession', which can be felt: fresh salad (as if it was cut just before being put in the burger/pita). Could other places learn something from it. And I don't know what it is that does it, but I never feel overeaten or 'fat' after the food, like you can in other places. Maybe it's because of the fresh ingredients. I don't know, but it's delicious. Their toast is also fantastic! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience down there. The only downside is that the place needs a little loving care - it's not super fun to eat down there.
