Substans

26/11/2023: Substans was one of our top dining experiences in Denmark-Sweden trip. It is located in the revitalized waterfront harbor area. It has a beautiful view and modern interior, for some reason the view enhanced our taste buds capacity as well. The staff of five worked in both the kitchen and dining area, and they were all excellent! The food presentation was wonderful, and the place offered a good balance between traditional Nordic foods, modern culinary approach and ingredients sourcing. it didn't disappoint us for choosing the place among the options we had!

30/10/2023: In addition to their mega delicious chicken, the staff who most often serve you and cook your food are super pleasant and friendly, have actually only tried to get a smile on the spot and that makes you want to come back. 👌👌
19/09/2023: Small shop but offers a lot of different food options. There's a lot of options when you choose to assemble your own salad too. The service was quick and there was place outside to eat. The food is defnitely worth its price wich is not that expensive.
