It's a good place if you want to meet up, grab a coffe, get a piece of cake or something. Can get busy and the line can be a bit long but they also have an app thing where you can order online and pick it up... Haven't tried that. Coffee and cakes are good. Close to train station so that can be a plus.

Only in for coffees, reasonable location in the centre for drinks and snacks. Service from the one employee was excellent.

09/08/2025: Came in with a huge bias and thought another generic bar/Cafe concept. I only got wine but a huge plus for Taylors LBV at 64 Kr. for a glass and free Danish water ❤️ the service is friendly, fast and with personality. 5/5
22/07/2025: My wife and I have been a couple of times here, and every time the menu changes but it s always delicious. They seem like they are very passionate about food and cooking. And I would like to do a highlight on the receptionist or maybe he is the owner, i m not sure, anyways, he is a very charming, friendly man, every time that we go. We always receive excellent service. Cheers !

28/11/2025: The place has changed name and owner. Now it is called Guldværket and has been taken over by Philkjær who also has the fish restaurant opposite. At first glance, the concept seemed to follow previous gourmet grill ideas. The food seemed to have perhaps gotten a boost if you like. We started with 3 oysters which in the kitchen multiplied to 4 for the reasonable sum of 60 kr. You can get Champagne and a bottle of Andre Clouet grand reserve for 620 kr which is also a quite reasonable price. Entrecote perfectly tender and fried. There could have been a little salad, but otherwise again a very reasonable price of 225 kr for one of the city's best beef steaks. It should be emphasized that the menu offers other delicious things at somewhat lower prices for both food and drink. There were no other guests on this rainy Thursday afternoon, but I'm sure there will be more life at other times. Will definitely come again.
