Evald Brasserie & Cafe Silkeborg

We swung by for dinner, had burger and carpaccio, both with quite high quality. Their chips didn’t have the quality I expected but or it was good but not Belgian good. Book your table in advance.

Really delicious food and friendly staff

Nice and relaxed in comfortable surroundings, However, the price has increased dramatically and the quality has decreased significantly, you would almost think they were financially pressured, Over 200 for a completely dried out steak with cartilage very small for the small, quite ordinary standard bun 🥲 It would be better if the owner tried to order a new one when I was finished eating instead of putting it on Google but I hadn't come to overeat. My previous reviews of the place have always been positive. But greed has hit them so they won't come again, neither on weekdays nor weekends.

I had a fantastic burger with fries and a good draft beer.

Really nice place, which we are happy to have visited, on our visit to Silkeborg. We came 4 adults and 4 children of all ages, and felt very welcome. It was delicious food of the highest quality for all of us and we left full. The chicken in the Caesar salad was perhaps too dry and boring, but we are very satisfied with the visit.

You didn't get a friendly welcome when you thought you would have to stand and wait for the head waiter, but you finally found out that you had to go into the restaurant to get your reserved table assigned. Good and tasty food and nice atmosphere.

Lovely place, went for their flagship Tournedos Rossini, and it was really nicely prepared and tasty. Unfortunately they couldn't quite hit Medium-rare, they offered to make it again, but then there's a wait and I wanted to eat with my companion, and this medium-well done version was also very tasty. Good wines! Although it was a hot day there was a surprisingly cool wind by the water and they handed out a few blankets to the guests, unfortunately there were nowhere near enough. Buy more blankets I would say! The place is definitely worth recommending

Best restaurant in all of Denmark service was top and the food is just amazing

Had a CROQUE MADAME, not the best experience. The bread was dry and the salad was boring. Unfortunately I got a bit of an upset stomach, whether it was the salad or something else I don't know, but oh well.

Good food and wine. Nice to sit outside.
