The dishes are salty. The cooking method is relatively simple and not diverse enough.

Really really good service and super delicious food

Nice restaurant located near the Marselisborg Deer Park and the Marselisborg Castle. We were seated near the window, so we had a beautiful view of the grass patch while eating. Food was well-executed.

The food was sublime, the service was exceptionally good and the experience was fantastic. The wine menu was well chosen without overpowering the food and presented by a wine sommelier who knew what he was talking about. The staff were professional and yet had enough edge to dare to make a well-chosen humorous remark at the right time. From the moment we walked in the door and the head chef greeted us personally to the feeling the staff gave us that this was our night and we were in the center we felt right at home. With the food quality, service and other things they provided, they could easily have been less down-to-earth and more pretentious than they were without anyone being able to object. But what a wonderful experience it was to meet someone with 2 Michelin stars who actually put us first instead of emphasizing himself. Did I remember to say that one of the employees waited 20 minutes for us to finish eating and drove us home to the door when he had to approx. same way... Who does such a thing nowadays? If I had to think of something they can improve to get 3 Michelin stars, I actually can't think of anything.
