Big praise to Gl. Skovridergaard. We participated in an event with music, food and accommodation and everything was absolutely perfect. Really good food, friendly and service-minded staff and the most beautiful nature right outside. We will definitely come back another time.

More three than four stars. Once again a very favorably photographed hotel. We booked the junior suite based on the pictures and it didn't look anything like what is shown above. Ours was a 1970 or 80 relic. And by that it was too pricey for what it was. The place used to be a hospital and the vibe has stuck. Comparing reality with the pictures was very disappointing. Bed was good and everything was clean but for the spiderwebs everywhere. The spider next door seems to be an acknowledged resident as it didn't get removed even after we let front desk know. Wifi is not secured which made us not uae it. Substandard if you travel for business. Breakfast looked good on the surface but ranged among the worst three we've probably ever had. Eggs didn't taste like anything, Müsli was borderline burnt, no seeds available, just flakes and almonds in various cuts. Instead of just providing a samovar for freshly boiling water to prep tea there's thermoses sitting out for hours. Any coffee not from the thermoses displayed on the buffet is charged extra and the syrup is "made with real maple syrup". For supposedly being eco certified you end up leaving a lot of single serve trash behind. Receptionists are hit or miss. First one was borderline rude, second one was wonderful. Overall it was okay for a night and we're not likely to come back anyway. Not a choice for an extended stay though.

Very cozy place. Most beautiful garden and sweet service. Very authentic, not luxury, but that can be done. Room had a small cute terrace with beautiful view and lovely products in the bathroom.

Nice hotel in a great location. Quite unfriendly for those who occasionally light up a cigarette, as it's only allowed in a few places. Friendly and helpful staff.

If large groups come you are not important as a tourist then all tables outside are reserved and you have to sit somewhere else in the wind too crazy for words. Restaurant menu quite limited. Beautiful garden good breakfast. No 2nd time.
