The most beautiful place, right on the edge of the forest. Nice and well maintained everywhere. Good catering by the nicest staff. Really delicious food.

It is a pleasure to live at Gl. Skovridergaard. The rooms are in order, the breakfast buffet is good and the staff are friendly and competent. The hotel has an exclusive look and a calm atmosphere.

12/03/2025: Comfy place with a nice view to the river. Staff members are kind and friendly. Delicious pastries and bread! Highly recommend the pain suisse with chocolate and nuts!
01/03/2025: Instagram baker who bakes nice buns, but not so nice Mardi Gras buns. The clientele were mostly young women with prams and a good time The prices are high, way too high. But on par with other modern bakeries.

18/03/2025: We had a fantastic evening on Saturday, March 15th, where we heard Signe Juhl and many others sing Joni Mitchell's songs The sound was top notch - there was a single lamp that shone in the eyes of some people in one row - so I politely asked if it could be adjusted - yes, that was the answer - thank you for that Good service at the bar
07/03/2025: Nice smaller venue in old historic buildings in connection with the old paper factory.
