Gl. Skovridergaard Silkeborg

07/06/2025: Lovely place right next to the Silkeborg Lakes, where, among other things, the Hjeljen comes sailing past. There were 3 of us sitting outside and eating under a parasol when a rain shower just came by. One had a steak sandwich and 2 had a shooting star. Both dishes were tasty. The fish was fresh and delicious with good fries, shrimp and garnish. The steak sandwich contained a tasty minced steak with, among other things, onions, beets and a good brioche bun. The sauce was also good!

07/06/2025: A bit by chance we found this beautiful place, with a view of Juhl Lake and Himmelbjerget, but definitely not the last time we come here.
