You can't pay by card here, you stand in a small room to order. A table and 2 chairs if you want to eat on site

Burger and fries actually taste very good, but bad service. We ordered over the phone and were told it was ready in 25 minutes. according to where we arrive. We are greeted by an employee who is standing outside and looks like he is taking a break. When we go in and say that we have ordered, we are told that it will be ready in 5-6 minutes. It is obviously him who is standing outside who will cook our food. We are therefore allowed to wait another 15-20 minutes. before we get our food and the communication is just bad. No regret or information that the food is on its way or similar. We were the only customers and it didn't seem like they were in a hurry, now there was time for a "chef" to stand outside and take it easy. Too bad because the burgers taste fine, but poor service.
