Their roast pork is boring. It is dry and within crispy skins, but hard skins. They fry them. But the staff and the atmosphere are perfect.

It is, as always, a good experience.

I was there for a day event related to work. It was a good place to be. The food is good and varied. The premises were fine for the purpose of the day. And there is plenty of space for parking 🅿️ 👍

Simon and his skilled staff elevate Skovkroen to a restaurant that embraces both traditional servings, food themes, dinners, events and an ice house with home-made products. Skovkroen woos both locals and people from afar. Can really be recommended.

Returning customer. Really beautiful inn! Roast pork and tartlets on Thursdays are really good.

Nice surroundings, positive staff and what we came for, namely the cake table. Since I am not a cake eater myself, my review must be based on what the 4 other cake eaters expressed. There will always be something that someone wants to do differently, but I heard nothing negative or anything like that, only that the belly was too small. There were almost as many different cakes as for a South Jutland coffee table, so there really is something for most palates, and buns for someone like me.

Virkelig god julefrokost mad og har også været i sommerens og smagte deres fantastisk is. Personale er søde og imødekommende. Stedet er virkelig er en skjul perle.

Fantastisk mad anrettet i skåle så virkelig dejligt at gå til og yderst lækkert. Masser af mad og meget forskelligt , både koldt og lunt, men virkelig stort udvalg.
