I have a Tesla S that couldn't charge. Tesla initially concluded that it was due to mice and it was therefore an insurance claim. Hampen had the car repaired. It turned out that it was not a mouse attack and therefore not an insurance claim, which is why it was returned to Tesla. The process at Hampen was characterized by very good communication and sublime service, not least in terms of finances.
