You really have to choose the right bakery. Some are quite good but others are quite average. The prices can't compete with the bakery shops in the larger supermarkets, for example, while the bread and cakes are not necessarily better. However, I would encourage you to support the local baker.

Hartmeier is the "go to" place for breakfast, Hartmeier is also the only place for miles that sells salt and pepper rolls, and who doesn't like a salt and pepper roll? 🤠 The staff is always so smiling and welcoming, so it's really a bakery worth visiting!

Great local bakery with delicious bread, crispy buns and really tasty cakes. Always friendly service and great atmosphere. Definitely the best place in Brabrand for breakfast bread and a quick coffee!
