Helnan Marselis Hotel Aarhus

Was for Easter lunch, Very delicious food. Sat with the finest view over the bay. Must be Aarhus' most beautifully located hotel.

Room was nice, bathroom good, clean and easy to get to. The views are the best! However, 20EUR a day for parking at the hotel. But if you're willing to walk 1 minute to the street, it is free 🤡. Pure Rip-off. Service was fine, breakfast good and hardy!

Gradually very normal, but unsatisfactory that you check in and spend money in the "business" and then at the same time have to pay approx. DKK 175/night to stay in the hotel area.....a form of double coverage, in the uncool way...

So definitely worth a visit and super service

Room: bed good. But everything else is old worn out and reminiscent of a college club room. Iron hand wash and hair in the structural paint. There is a complete lack of coziness in the evening. There is an area with groups of sofas in front of the counter, reminiscent of a waiting room. Come on, make a fireplace, pool table, table tennis, shuffleboard. Make it a little cozy.

Lækkert Hotel beliggende på et fantastisk sted lige ned til Århus Bugten. Halvdelen af værelserne har udsigt direkte til vandet, som ligger mindre en 40-50 m fra hotellet. Det virker som om hotellet har fået lavet en "make-over" indenfor de sidste år. Super god og flot morgenmad. Smal men god restaurant menukort. Fornuftigt pool område med sauna og dampbad.

酒店很干净，舒适，海景房， 房价无便利的茶水咖啡，早上到前台询问得知，热水壶，咖啡茶水可以在前台取。 停车一天170克朗， 也是早上前台告诉我，酒店外面的路边是免费停车😊 这不影响我对酒店的好印象。

Positives: Room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Furniture was nice and modern. Negatives: Very overpriced for a hotel of this age. Walls and doors are in severe need of maintenance and bathroom looks like an institution from the 1970s. Bed was hard and pillows very flat. Upon arrival the receptionist didn't tell us any information about breakfast or how to get to our room. We actually got lost when trying to find it. We only stayed here due to an event in the Varna Palæet nearby. Parking is 150 DKK per day to park at the hotel even if you have a room! This seems very greedy! There is free public parking nearby so you can avoid this fee if you are up for walking 5-7 minutes with your luggage.

Ligger smukt, fantastisk udsigt. Hotellets alder taget i betragtning, virkede det ok rent og velholdt. Gratis parkering. Som mange andre steder (efter Corona), er hotellet presset med at finde nok personale. Men dem vi var i kontakt med, var meget venlige.

Wir waren über Silvester dort. Gutes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, super Lage. Kostenloses Parken an der Straße. Toller Wildpark am Schloss. Das Beste ist der Meerblick, sogar beim Frühstücken. Es gibt einen Saunabereich mit Gästen, von dort heimlich ins Meer laufen :)
