I live in England and after Brexit it is almost impossible to send gifts to family and friends in Denmark. I found HN Gavekurve online and 'tried my luck'. There are so many online companies that scam you and you lose your money, so I was very suspicious. It has been ONLY a positive experience, from start to finish. Always answers, online chat answered immediately - or via email, and changing the delivery date has not been a problem. The only thing that was 'difficult' was ordering because I live abroad. Telephone numbers and postcodes do not accept anything other than Danish numbers. But again I got an answer right away and everything worked out. So far I have only had an extremely positive experience and I just hope that the baskets will be delivered on time, but maybe not... :) Thanks for the help along the way. Really appreciated. I would like to buy again.
