I found this place because of their tacos, even though it’s actually an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The tacos were honestly my favorite item and one of the main reasons I’d come back. The grilled lamb chops were also surprisingly good—juicy, flavorful, and better than what I’ve had at a few other sushi buffets. I also enjoyed the fried shrimp, which had a nice crispy texture and slightly charred flavor. The chicken meatballs were another pleasant surprise, especially since I’m usually not a big fan of meatballs. For sushi, the rainbow roll was great, and the duck roll wrapped in the translucent rice paper stood out as well. Overall, the food quality was consistently good, and several dishes exceeded my expectations. Ate here recently and already thinking about coming back.

We found hofusushi on Google, but were still a little skeptical as I thought there were some bad reviews, but I will give the restaurant 5 stars. The food tasted great, the service was sweet and friendly. The restaurant and the toilet were nice and clean, which is something that means a lot.

This is without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in Køge! Even though I live in Copenhagen, I still choose to go here every time I feel like having sushi — it’s definitely worth the trip. I really love their appetizers, they are well thought out and full of flavor, not just something simple on the side. The sushi is excellent — very fresh, well balanced, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. In addition, the service is also really good — friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
