Best durum in Silkeborg - by far. The first bite of the fresh, warm bread, with the meat and fresh veggies is amazing. Never, not once, found browning or wilted lettuce here. Wish they were open on Sundays! If you wait to go until later in the evening, you risk that they have run out. Very clean, nicely maintained and the staff is efficient and attentive (they always get our special requests right). Been going since we moved to Silkeborg in 2022.

Silkeborg's best. Maybe Denmark's best.
