Hotel Søpark, Milling Hotels Lolland

The hotel is centrally located with easy access. Free parking right outside was a big plus. The breakfast was good, both in quality and variety. The hotel has charm and a touch of old glory, but the room looked a bit worn and in need of renovation. The wall-to-wall carpet and painted bathroom give an outdated impression. Overall, a decent stay, but there is great potential for upgrading.

A nice hotel. Nice location with a good view. The style of the rooms is from the 90s. The rooms could do with a refresh, but lovely large rooms. Clean rooms. The hotel is particularly populated by the older segment on weekends, which fits very well with the smell in the common areas, which is a bit like a nursing home. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly nice, but also a bit hectic atmosphere among the mature guests.

The staff are a disaster. Especially the lady with the gray hair. She's completely annoyed by everything and everyone. We asked a question and received only a grumpy answer. I've never experienced such unfriendly behavior in any hotel before. Not even a friendly word to greet or say goodbye. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, but everything is very old, which didn't bother us.

Good location in the middle of Maribo with a view of the beautiful Søndersø. Lovely terrace. Nice lounge area with free coffee 24/7, as well as cake and other delicious things every afternoon. Buffet restaurant with a good selection of well-cooked food. Generous breakfast buffet!! Friendly and competent staff. The cleaning is top notch. My room was newly renovated. My first visit was in 2023, this was the second time, and I would love to come back!

Nice hotel with good location and service.

Well located on the way between Puttgarden-Rodby towards Sweden. Spacious parking. Friendly staff. Free coffee and in the afternoon cake and fruit. Very hospitable. Simple room but certainly price-quality okay! Beautiful location on the lake and very close to beautiful center. Excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Milling hotels are great for having a super central location and rooms that have a slightly old style expression that has been modernized. Fantastic view over Søndersø. We had booked a double room, but got a suite. It was super nice, so there was extra space for us and the children.

What immediately stands out is that it is no longer new. Did we mind? Well no! It just looked good. A bit older and perhaps no longer of this time. But we were very satisfied. The reception is very good by the friendly ladies at the reception. We have been there twice in June 2025. On our way to Sweden and later back to the Netherlands. After the outward journey we simply chose this location again. Precisely because we liked it so much. The breakfast was fine in our opinion. Can I recommend the hotel? Yes. Absolutely. And the view... Beautiful! The stickers on the light switches are very nice. I hope also effective.
