spa virker ikke. Men man kommer til at betale for det. Der var halv rulle wc papir hørt 2 gange om vi kunne få mere, der sket ikke noget så en tur i menu og selv købe noget. og rengøring er heller ikke for god meget kalk nede i wcet, lange mørke hår på badeværelset gulvet og på den en stol. en elevator der har lidt sit ejet liv til så mange mennesker er ikke godt nok kan ikke få kopper til ens eftermiddags men et pap kaffe smager bare ikke godt i et pap kop vi har ellers kommet her mange gange over nogle år, men det sidste år er det gået noget ned af bakke Tror vi skal til at finde et andet hotel

Good hotel in the middle of the city, near the lake. The room we stayed in could very well soon need modernisation

The dinner was meager. There wasn't much to choose from. The pumpkin soup was cold and so was the main course. On Saturday, the food was under all criticism. In relation to the price, the food was poor. The breakfast was ok. There was a smell of sewage in the little cozy nook. There was also a smell of sewage in the basement. There was a lot of noise in the rooms. It would be a good idea to turn up the heat in the rooms before the guests arrive, it was very cold.

The hotel is beautifully located down to the lake. Nice and calm atmosphere. Super service from the staff. Great breakfast table. Yes. It is not a new hotel, but it also has its charm.

Dog-friendly hotel with good surroundings for resting the dogs. Good room and breakfast. Easy to park.

Beautiful location on the lake and yet within walking distance of the partly picturesque Maribo.

The breakfast 2 out of 3 days was good. One day they had an openable, a bad day in the kitchen, the morning bread was very dry and unbaked "scrambled eggs". There was enough of everything

It wasn’t the best stay. We paid £408 for 3 nights and the rooms are extremely outdated. Our room was an ‘executive club’ room and I guess the size of the room and the view of the lake was about the only thing different to much cheaper rooms (If they had any of those). Honestly the view and balcony were the only good things about this hotel, if we didn’t have that, it would have been even more unenjoyable. The rooms got ridiculously hot and of course, they had no air con. There was literally only two plug sockets in the whole room and they were no way near the bed which was pretty inconvenient. You couldn’t change the language on the TV and during the night, there was a ridiculously bright blue light coming from the TV which we had to cover in the end! When checking in, it wasn’t the warmest of welcomes. I think the lady at reception spoke a handful of words to me. I even tried to make conversation about the amazing view and I got nothing. When I checked out it was a simple, ok thank you. No ‘how was your stay? Thank you for staying with us’. Staff could use a bit more training in customer service or maybe just a smile would do?! Overall, I would not stay here again. I think you could find a lot nicer places close by or even in the next town over in Sakskobing.
