Thank you for the most wonderful evening! The Hærværk team is passionate about culinary experience and using the local resources respectfully. This was tangible in every course and we absolutely enjoyed being surprised by every course. We were so lucky to meet one of the chefs, Rune, who discussed the core temperature of celery with us and how to turn a delivery of 150 eggplant into the most delicious filling for pasta. The wine pairing was a great choice and I want to especially point out the superb non-alcoholic pairing with home made juices and kombucha. The apple based kombucha was the most delicious non-alcoholic beverage I’ve ever tasted!

Hærværk er dygtige til at servere retter med god smag og det er et godt udgangspunkt. der er også plus point forat have 3 forskellige alkoholfri øl samt 2 slags saft at tilbyde. Vi bestilte 2 veganske menuer og 3 almindelige menuer bestående af 4 snacks og 5 serveringer. Alle retterne smagte dejligt og ventetiden var til at leve med. De forskellige retter var som sagt velsmagende og desværre ret små. Kødretten med andelår og andebryst bestod for eksempel af noget der ignede 25 - 40 gram kød. Det er simpelthen for lidt til en servering. Da vi kom til dessrten bestilte jeg en osteanretning, der viste sig at være et lille stykke knækbrød med 3 små stykker fransk gedeost dekoreret med forskelligt pynt. Den veganske menu overraskede positivt og var lige så velsmagende som standardmenuen. Hvis jeg skal komme med forslag til forbedringer, vil jeg freslå at tilbyde brød eventuelt som tilkøb, så der er lidt til de sultne.
