We really enjoyed our dinner at Haervaerk. The dishes were innovative and used local ingredients, which we loved. Also, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating - going above and beyond to cater to my allergy throughout the entire meal. If you find yourself in Aarhus, definitely book a table at Haervaerk!

Amazing food, pleasant service, excellent wine, and great informal atmosphere. Hærværk really deserves its Michelin recommendation. We were six in our party, bit even though the remaining seating was otherwise full of happy guests, we had a superb experience with perfectly prepared courses served timely by the most friendly waiters and cooks (I suppose). Only the best memories, I will most likely come back in a different season to experience what else they might have to offer.
