Besides the amazing fine Dining, I realy love the philosofy of this restaurant: “bottom up” Leadership where expertise ook cooks is recognized as true value and moreover the “no waste” vision: go with the catch of the day/season and accellere creativity with cooking on what is available.

One of the best places to eat in town. Although their menu varies depending on available ingredients, the food is always top class. The food is often simple and slightly rustic but somehow so tasty.
The wine list is definitely interesting too.

Yesterday, the two of us ate at this restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. In keeping with the season, there were lots of vegetables, some fish, and hardly any meat. All the dishes looked and tasted incredibly good! You can really tell how much love goes into the ingredients here. The menu was very vegetarian-friendly; only the snacks and the main course included fish or meat. Compared to the quality and other Danish restaurants, the menu is relatively inexpensive. We only had the 5-course menu with snacks, no cheese platter or sweets with coffee—the amount was already more than enough for us. If you don't drink wine or alcohol, there's also an accompaniment of (fermented) juice. The service was attentive, and everything was explained in detail. We just didn't like the decor of the restaurant, but that's a matter of taste. We will definitely eat here again!

We had Rune out to his own house to cook for our wedding for 32 guests. Breathtakingly good food - nothing to put a finger on. Great presentation of ingredients and dishes, and a menu was even made. Really good service with refills, and they left the kitchen almost cleaner than when they arrived. They completely ran the show, so we could sit back and enjoy the day. Only praise from here ⭐

a bit of a mixed feeling. incredibly exciting wine menu with quite unique wines and assortment that I have never experienced elsewhere - but were they all good? I don't really know.
the food was sometimes with good taste, but portion sizes and some of the dishes were a bit lazy. a salad leaf with something on top? we weren't quite full after.
however it was one of the best evenings I have had at a restaurant. super good atmosphere and exciting wine menu, but for the price I don't really know if I can recommend the place as a place to eat, you should go and try.
I think Haerverk translates to slaughterhouse or something like that. Although the menu is not very orthodox, the food is great in general. I remember having had a wild pigeon, I bit on a bullet, the bullet that killed the pigeon. I was shocked as a first timer, the staff was kind enough to offer me schanpps back then.

Vi tilbragte en fantastisk hyggelig aften her på Restaurant Hærværk, og fik den lækreste mad og drikke, samt virkelig god betjening!
Vi må bare sige, at vi elsker jeres restaurant & hele jeres tilgang til madlavningen, med fokus på økologi, bæredygtighed & skånsom fanget fisk, og følelsen af hvordan I virkelig brænder for det!!
Vi sætter meget pris på "kokke med holdninger" & at I tager stilling til, hvad I serverer & hvor tingene kommer fra - det er alt for svært at finde, så bliv endelig ved med det!

Impresionante, que este gran restaurante ha existido ya 11 años. Comida siempre innovadora, ambiente relajado y excelentes vinos. Esta vez, el mejor bocado fueron los agnolotti, parece imposible concentrar tanto sabor en un plato. Todos los platos eran del jardín o del mar. Por lo tanto, el maridaje de vinos (y los vinos por copa) fue al lado delicado y no realmente de mi agrado. El camarero entonces abrió un par de vinos más llenos y robustos para encontrar una copa de mi agrado : - ) Eso es un servicio real.
