My new favorite restaurant! Amazing food.

Yes! Absolutely top quality at a reasonable price. The chefs come to the table and explain each course. Only 1 menu available! Take it or leave it! Luckily, I eat almost everything! I enjoyed every bite of every course! Yes, the crew can cook!

Fantastic taste experience - but unfortunately with a bitter aftertaste We had a really nice evening and birthday celebration at Hærværk. The food was both creative and tasty, and the wine menu exciting and well-coordinated. The atmosphere and service were also top notch. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly marred by a lack of transparency. We had bought two menus with accompanying wine menus, and towards the end we were served a glass of dessert wine each. Since it wasn't mentioned that this was an add-on, we naturally assumed it was included in the wine menu. It wasn't until we had paid and discovered the bill in detail that it dawned on us that it was an additional charge. It was a sad end to an otherwise excellent evening - and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Impressive restaurant, from service to cuisine to ambience, simply perfect! Thank you for this great evening! We'll be back!

Thank you for the most wonderful evening! The Hærværk team is passionate about culinary experience and using the local resources respectfully. This was tangible in every course and we absolutely enjoyed being surprised by every course. We were so lucky to meet one of the chefs, Rune, who discussed the core temperature of celery with us and how to turn a delivery of 150 eggplant into the most delicious filling for pasta. The wine pairing was a great choice and I want to especially point out the superb non-alcoholic pairing with home made juices and kombucha. The apple based kombucha was the most delicious non-alcoholic beverage I’ve ever tasted!

Sublime food evening! A pearl string of taste experiences, well helped by the wine menu. Fantastic service.

Hard not to get extremely excited. Everything works, both concept, wine, food and service. Really worth an evening

good experience, good flavors but a little small portions, however the atmosphere and the wines are great!

Absolutely terrific experience… attentive service throughout the evening, and a menu that blew you away. I'm already looking forward to the next time.
