a bit of a mixed feeling. incredibly exciting wine menu with quite unique wines and assortment that I have never experienced elsewhere - but were they all good? I don't really know. the food was sometimes with good taste, but portion sizes and some of the dishes were a bit lazy. a salad leaf with something on top? we weren't quite full after. however it was one of the best evenings I have had at a restaurant. super good atmosphere and exciting wine menu, but for the price I don't really know if I can recommend the place as a place to eat, you should go and try.

I think Haerverk translates to slaughterhouse or something like that. Although the menu is not very orthodox, the food is great in general. I remember having had a wild pigeon, I bit on a bullet, the bullet that killed the pigeon. I was shocked as a first timer, the staff was kind enough to offer me schanpps back then.

Excellent food, very varied with interesting combinations, pure culinary delight, and fantastically presented. Always happy to return.

Excellent dining experience. The service is relaxed, pleasant and welcoming. The food is top-notch and the price is reasonable considering the quality.

I feel so conflicted about this place. On one hand, the concept is delightful: the menu can vary on a day-to-day basis, depending on what ingredients they get. The menu is a surprise-- you don't get to choose beforehand. They focus on sustainability and low-waste food. The food itself is delicious, although it's the bite-sized food you can expect from such gourmet restaurants. Still you'll savor every bite. The wine choice was fascinating: I've never tasted such delicious and unconventional wines. Every dish and every glass came with a story of how it was sourced, and who produced it. Incredible. All of this is the reason for my conflict. This amazing restaurant kept building up delicious entrée after delicious entrée, and then the main dish was a huge disappointment. At least, it was for me-- my meat-eater colleagues probably got a great bang for their buck. This restaurant fell into the same tired old lazy trope of making the vegetarian dish the same as the meat dish, just without the meat. My friends got what looked like a delicious meat cut, meatballs, and gravy with a quarter of roasted cabbage. Me? I just got a bigger chunk of cabbage in a cheese sauce. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty good. But for a restaurant of this calibre, this price point, which boasts its Michelin stickers all over the restroom, it's extremely lazy, and honestly goes against its claims to sustainability. Vegetarian food is better for the environment than any meat source, regardless of how organic and local the cows are. Betraying the main vegetarian dish like that is way below what's expected of a place like this. So that's my conflict. On one hand, great concept, great food. On the other hand, the vegetarian dish is lazy and felt like the only thought behind it was "oh crap we have to have a veggie alternative, I guess they like cabbage right? Yeah more cabbage for them then". The dessert was really damn good though.

My new favorite restaurant! Amazing food.

Impresionante, que este gran restaurante ha existido ya 11 años. Comida siempre innovadora, ambiente relajado y excelentes vinos. Esta vez, el mejor bocado fueron los agnolotti, parece imposible concentrar tanto sabor en un plato. Todos los platos eran del jardín o del mar. Por lo tanto, el maridaje de vinos (y los vinos por copa) fue al lado delicado y no realmente de mi agrado. El camarero entonces abrió un par de vinos más llenos y robustos para encontrar una copa de mi agrado : - ) Eso es un servicio real.

Vi tilbragte en fantastisk hyggelig aften her på Restaurant Hærværk, og fik den lækreste mad og drikke, samt virkelig god betjening! Vi må bare sige, at vi elsker jeres restaurant & hele jeres tilgang til madlavningen, med fokus på økologi, bæredygtighed & skånsom fanget fisk, og følelsen af hvordan I virkelig brænder for det!! Vi sætter meget pris på "kokke med holdninger" & at I tager stilling til, hvad I serverer & hvor tingene kommer fra - det er alt for svært at finde, så bliv endelig ved med det! Vi vil elske at komme tilbage og smage mere, og vi giver jer vores allerbedste anbefalinger - ja, vi kan simpelthen ikke anbefale jer nok!! Og vi glæder os allerede til næste gang :-)

Yes! Absolutely top quality at a reasonable price. The chefs come to the table and explain each course. Only 1 menu available! Take it or leave it! Luckily, I eat almost everything! I enjoyed every bite of every course! Yes, the crew can cook!

Fantastic taste experience - but unfortunately with a bitter aftertaste We had a really nice evening and birthday celebration at Hærværk. The food was both creative and tasty, and the wine menu exciting and well-coordinated. The atmosphere and service were also top notch. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly marred by a lack of transparency. We had bought two menus with accompanying wine menus, and towards the end we were served a glass of dessert wine each. Since it wasn't mentioned that this was an add-on, we naturally assumed it was included in the wine menu. It wasn't until we had paid and discovered the bill in detail that it dawned on us that it was an additional charge. It was a sad end to an otherwise excellent evening - and leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste.
