Completed restaurant, from decor to service to food. They run their own style and it's refreshing. We love the principle of using the local, and using everything they get in. That we don't know what's on the menu, but a certainty that the experience will be good and the food delicious. I was especially surprised by a butter-steamed celeriac we were served, which I thought was the best we had during the evening. Just to highlight how good the chefs are and what they can get out of a plant. Strong recommendations from here, we will definitely be back.
