Superb food - best cooking during our stay in Aarhus (and we ate in some great restaurants !) Imaginative dishes, using high quality ingredients and beautifully put together. An amazing wine list - the glasses they recommended to go with specific dishes were really clever pairings. A restaurant that really knows what it is doing!

It was truly a treat to dine here! We had an incredibly wonderful evening at Haervaerk. The menu was, of course, a surprise, but with every course, we were spoiled with the finest ingredients, flavors, and plate presentation. It was difficult, if not impossible, to say which dish we liked best. We enjoyed ourselves the entire evening. Added to that was the selection of fine wines and the very friendly staff, both in service and in the kitchen, whom you get to know throughout the evening. Thank you for the magnificent dinner and the fantastic evening. Highly recommended!!

Good cuisine, kids friendly. They also adapted the rythm of the service depending on the fact that we were with 2 toddlers and proposed adapted dishes off menu.

Thank you for a really good experience. It was some incredibly tasty dishes made with fantastic ingredients with exciting wines from smaller producers that you rarely try but still well matched to the food. . Present service, good and intimate atmosphere, clear pride in the craftsmanship, focus on ingredients but also on lots of good taste.

We had a super great evening! We had their full menu, where my boyfriend got the wine menu, and I got the juice menu. The food was really delicious, and some interesting combinations and good ingredients. The wines were really interesting, there is a focus on ecology, so many of the wines from bio-wines, so expect them to be a little funky. The juice was also really good, and some really good combinations for the food! I think you really get a lot for the price, and the staff did a lot to create a good atmosphere and provide a good experience. Huge recommendation from here, and definitely a place we will come again!
