Really good and instructive courses with Anette every now and then. Has participated in chocolate tempering and chocolate decoration. Left there both times with much more understanding, knowledge, tips and tricks and not least a box of beautiful, shiny filled chocolates.

I got a lot out of the chocolate course with Annette, who knows so much about chocolate, tempering, techniques and she is all about you getting results yourself... I remember so clearly what expression I came up with when shiny filled chocolate jumped out of the mold.. Everything is organized at a level where even I, as a total beginner, can participate... Tips, recipes for filling in chocolate are also written down in a fine through-the-work course material...👍👍🍫🍫
