Had ordered 4 pizzas for pickup at 6:20 PM - I came a little early as I had a correction to our order and it was impossible to get through on the phone.. I am informed of the change to my order and it was no problem. I sit down and wait for them to be ready. At no point is my name mentioned, despite claims to the contrary from the woman who was at work, I accidentally discover my order standing on the counter where it had been for 10 minutes. I pay and drive home with my order. It was 6:40 PM when I drove from there Find out that the pizza that had been changed in my order had not been changed, so I call and the owner apologizes and says that if I can pick it up right away he will make it. I drive over and a few minutes later I get it delivered. My pizza was half cold, bland and tasteless and had too much (the potatoes were really dry) (Patata) - the other 3 were ok, but not more than that
