Jumbo bakery, Ankersgade Aarhus

Best Bakery in Aarhus!! i have been going to other bakery as well and what can i say Jumbo has the best breads and pastries! i would always come back for the BMØ!! love the sourdough that has a very crunchy crust and outside but soft and fluffy inner!! Would forever choose Jumbo as my go to <3 on the other hand, i dont personally like their latte but probably others would like it so please give it a try! i prefer this branch as it has more seating and nicer view of Aarhus trains, if you prefer more of seaview, check out their other branch near Dokk1! they also have a free postcards that i always take one every visit, it looks nice as a souvenir as a visitor. i wish to go back to aarhus to experience Jumbo again 😭🫶

Very good coffee, somewhat reserved staff, but a very relaxed and cool atmosphere.

Even though we arrived at the last minute, we still had time to take home a couple of fruit cakes that were delicious. We'll be back another day with more time.

Really good raspberry pie and almond cake! The cardamom swirl and gooseberry swirl were a bit dry and boring, but still very good!

The atmosphere is rather strange; the idea of ​​bringing an industrial feel to the space left it cold and emotionless. However, the sweets were excellent!!

Really nice section, good view. Same bread, cakes and coffee as you know from the other Jumbo. Both places have good and polite service. Always nice and quiet and cozy to sit there, and with the possibility to sit outside too.

The whipped butter was delicious and our toddler loved watching the trains!
