Good bread, boring cheese. A bit too snazzy cardamom spinner. The role model is clearly Juno on Østerbro in Kbh, but there is a long way up to that level. The coffee was excellent.

Super good classic Mardi Gras buns, but it was very chaotic to pick up your order. There was a queue far out of the store, but a friendly customer says that there is a queue on the far right for pickup of orders. I get in and inside there's just a huge crowd where no one seems to get help or understand what we're queuing for. At one point someone goes up to the counter and gets help right away, but the employees do nothing to inform that there are actually two queues (pickup of orders or general purchases) and that you just have to come up to the counter. In addition, I think I have rarely seen someone spend so long on individual customers who have not ordered from home. Otherwise, super friendly staff and pickup of orders was super fast when you just figured it out 😅

The open, industrial architecture of the place created a feeling of both elegance and coziness, which made the impression even more inviting. The service was nothing short of fantastic – attentive and caring, with a clear ambition to ensure that a first-time visitor like me felt both seen and welcome. And then to the most important thing: the food. I chose a cheese sandwich. The flavors and textures were nothing short of heavenly – the freshness and the finely tuned balance of the original yet distinct flavors left an indelible impression. For dessert, I was recommended a seasonal pie, perfect for the cool autumn day. As a lover of nuts, I was thrilled by the combination of the buttery notes of the filling and the lightly toasted flavor of the base. Everything fit together like pieces of a puzzle – a symphony of flavor and texture that was both varied and silky smooth. It is not a question of if I will return, but rather how soon. Life is full of simple moments - it is we who give them depth and meaning. Grateful.

Stylish but a bit industrial inside. More dark then complex coffee roast.. A matter of taste. Laptop friendly and good for ‚business meetings‘. Overall Good coffee in a more industrial (harbour) area.
