Kebab Huset Ringsted

Cozy place, ate with 2 friends. We had their homemade pita bread with mixed chicken and kebab. Lots of meat and fresh vegetables and the right amount of dressing.

★★★☆☆ – Good taste, but lacking a bit in the rest We went to Kebab Huset in Ringsted to try their famous dürüm kebab – and in terms of taste it actually doesn’t disappoint. The bread is really delicious, the meat tastes good, and the dressing is right in the cupboard. It’s a dürüm where you can really feel why people are talking about it. Almost no way to put a finger on the taste itself. But… there are also some things that drag you down. Firstly, the filling is quite sparse compared to many other places. When you also pay a relatively high price – without the option of a menu with soda and fries – you could well wish that you were a little more “spoiled” in the portion. In addition, the service is unfortunately not very welcoming. You often get the feeling that you are a bit of a nuisance, rather than a customer they are happy to have. The staff seems quite serious and not particularly smiling, and this drags on the overall experience. Honestly – if it weren't for the delicious meat and bread, I probably wouldn't have made the trip all the way from Vestegnen to Ringsted over and over again. All in all, a mixed experience. The taste is there, but the price, filling and service are lacking. Overall: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) If they had improved the service, given a little more filling and adjusted the price, this place could easily be ranked higher.

in my opinion. best pita kebab in the ringsted/roskilde area. I have currently tried everything in Roskilde / Osted / Ringsted. And this is the best quality. There are only 2 problems. It is extremely expensive compared to your normal 25-35kr pita kebab. Here you have to pay 55-65kr for a pita. and 70-80kr for a durum. The second is service. You feel a bit coldly received. That, and when you ask for a durum "with everything". then their opinion is that you only want meat and salad. you MUST say very precisely if you want cucumber and tomato in it. otherwise they won't do it. same goes for chili. But follow their advice. and you can walk away with a delicious kebab.

A nice little place for pizza and kebab when you come from a long way away, although on the expensive side! And only the kebab meat is halal 😃👍

A very good double beef kebab, the salad was super fresh, and the fries were crispy. The sauce was also okay. No stomach upsets.

Their kebab is tender and real meat, important! and the dough is really delicious, with good flavor and good crunch. It's craftsmanship, and they make something of it, it can both be tasted and felt. Super efficient service always!
