We visited for the "13 course" tasting menu. At arrival the place seems very intriguing so we got excited for our meal.
Wine choices are plentiful and well selected. The service started off very well and we felt taken care of up until our 6th course. After the 6th course of bite sized little dishes, which were very good conceptually and execution wise, we get served our last 4 "courses" before the dessert. Cucumber noodles, a bowl of overcooked rice, chicken tenders and 4 pieces of steamed brocoli. While the rest of the experience was very delicate and tasteful this hits you with a slight feeling of disrespect. It feels like the restaurant is reading reviews, and a lot of complaints came from people not being full after their tasting menus, so this dish disguised in 4 courses felt like it should fill us up and send us on our merry way.
Not only did this course feel like a punch in the gut, but also the attention from servers seemed to decline. After each course we were asked for feedback to the chefs and after this meal, our plates just got collected and we got served the dessert. Which again was a singular dish in 2 courses, cherry sorbet and nougat mouse. While the whole experience was great up until that point I think it sends guests home with a bad taste in the mouth from the slow decline of quality throughout the whole experience.
The price point would be valid if the experience would persist as high quality as it if from start to finish, but sadly it did not. This review is solely how we experienced the restaurant and it should not deter anyone from visiting.

The serving took 2 hours and 50 minutes, and it is just far too long to sit between each serving. We had to rush the process ourselves to get our food. The food was really nice and the 13 servings were a suitable size for a dinner. The wine menu had a mediocre selection, but in return they have a fine selection of suitable cocktails, especially the chilli cucumber cocktail.

Some of the best food I have had at a non-Micelin restaurant. Everything was great and the ribs were aboslutely amazing. The wine meny was good too. The only downside was the (lack of) choice of beers which is at best could be described as mundane.

We left hungry after 13 courses.
We were in for dinner on Sunday 27/11-24.
Premises/Atmosphere:
These are some super comfortable rooms to sit in. Even though there are many people, you can easily talk to each other. Beautiful decor that gets you in the mood for Asian-inspired food.
Staff:
Generally smiling staff, both waiters and kitchen (There is a window into the kitchen).
Our waiter was super nice, efficient, smiling, welcoming and personable. She was, among other things, very nice about a question I had about their lemonade (the lemonade is highly recommended).
The food:
We chose Sunday's 'Omakase menu' based on this description on their website:
"Omakase is Japanese and directly translated it means "I leave it up to you". So sit back and let our passionate chefs decide the menu for you. Here our skilled chefs come to experiment and create wonderful new dishes and you can expect a extraordinary and exciting Asian fusion cuisine experience".
Extraordinary and exciting is not what we left with. We're actually very indulgent, but we still think it's a bit crazy to leave hungry from a 13-course dinner.
Virtually all dishes were finished in one single bite - including the 2-3 dishes that lived up to the above menu text.
Several of the dishes might have been exciting on paper, but tasted boring and a little too salty. Generally a lot of salty dishes in between, but of course it's also a way to sell more drinks ;)
Some of the dishes we got were, in our eyes, simply too boring to serve in such a place. Among other things, we got; half an egg each, dipped in soy with two mini and very salty bread/croutons; a pak choi that was probably just boiled and sprinkled with salt; a small summer roll with lettuce, carrot and avocado; pickled beetroot with a bit of tasteless tartare and an overly salty risotto.
The only thing we were both raving about were some balls that must have been risotto and tuna? And then, of course, the staff and the atmosphere on site.
The idea of the Omakase menu is super cool and just us, but unfortunately we were really disappointed with the taste and especially the quantity of the food.
Sorry for the bad pictures...

Really delicious food and cool concept. Nice interior and with edge. 13 courses is plenty of food.
Only thought was that our daughter got very strong food, but delicious mock- and cocktails.
