KiK Silkeborg

Café kik has been my favorite Café to go to in Silkeborg for many years. But the last time I was there I was a little shocked at how it had changed. We were met by a mildly unenthusiastic and not particularly welcoming waiter when we entered the place and during service. The food was a bit disappointing compared to what my partner and I have been served many times before, we are usually both very satisfied with the food. And while we were eating, one of the waiters sat on a chair outside the restaurant area on his mobile and the rest of the waiters stood in a large group at the bar talking privately. Which I have also never experienced before on a visit to café kik, the place usually seems very professional.

The food was really good and the restaurant cosy.

Super good, but when it's full of customers. Would it be an idea for the bread to be sliced, because there is a queue and a lot of waiting for people to cut themselves...

Ate there one evening with family. Delicious food, good and fast service. Can absolutely be recommended.

Lovely atmosphere in a wonderful location in Silkeborg.

Beautiful surroundings, nice relaxed and really delicious food, we have been there several times.

There was a bit too much noise/talk but there were also a lot of people. Ok price

Maden var rigtig fin, men vi sad over en halv time og ventede på maden på en dag, hvor der ikke var fyldt op med gæster. Tjeneren kom aldrig forbi og spurgte om maden var i orden, og vi måtte sidde og vifte med arme og ben for at få mere isvand. Stemningen var meget fin og hyggelig.

Egentlig en lækker brunch med ok udvalg af mad og drikke. Men at ost, pålæg bare står frem uden nedkøling er no go. Den ene række ost havde stået tilpas længe ude, så hjørnerne bukkede op. Nej tak.
