Really nice restaurant, incredibly delicious buffet. Love the fish and mussels in the Mongolian selection. Sushi was also fantastic and a large selection. However, their soft ice was watery and the strawberries tasted too synthetic.

Overall the food was good, their homemade spring rolls were a bit dry. The staff was very friendly, however it took some time before the used plates were collected and there were also missing knives at the buffet. It was difficult to talk at the table due to the noise in the restaurant.

Incredibly nice staff, our son dropped a glass which unfortunately broke. The staff was ready to help with wiping up and washing the floor in no time. The food was really good and they refilled it quickly.

We had ordered food for our daughter's confirmation. We had easy contact with the restaurant by email. The food came as agreed and the buffet was set up quickly and professionally. The food was top notch and there was really a lot of it. We can definitely recommend ordering from here 😃

Vejlsøhus Hotel og Konferencecenter

18/05/2026: After a trip around various hotels in Jutland, I must praise Vejlsøhus for their beds and bedding. Really high level of information which means that I didn't lack anything when we arrived on Sunday afternoon for full self-service. Finally a breakfast buffet in lovely surroundings with quality products.
09/05/2026: Really good hotel in beautiful surroundings. Good beds and good breakfast.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, the owners did not want to continue the concept and they are closing in May. The place is cozy, relaxed and you can get a latte or similar at fair prices. The staff is always smiling and service-minded and they do not need artificially inflated coffee prices of 55kr to give you a cheeky remark. The place deserves to continue running
