26/06/2025: There are places where you immediately feel at home – and the YMCA’s Soldiers’ Home in Karup is one of them. Here the door is always open, the coffee is hot, and the atmosphere is filled with presence, security and genuine care. It is more than just a place to have a meal or a break from barracks life. It is a sanctuary where you are greeted with smiles, understanding and time – even if the day has been long and your shoulders are a little high. Thank you for the big heart that beats behind the counter, and for making a difference for those who serve the country every day. Your commitment and kindness are felt deep in the soul. 25/06/2025: This home is a home, "from home" when you are far from home, it is nice to have a place you can come to relax, drink a cup of coffee or tea in good company. And then there is also the dish of the day on Monday and Wednesday, and "theme" burger 🍔 on Thursday. Always nice to come here 🙏🤠🏡 As usual, it's a very nice place to come, a home that you enjoy coming to 🤠🙏🤗
