Great as always. A bit disappointed about the kanelsnegl, why not make it like the kardemomme-snegl but with kanel? The current one is blah, and covered in a sheen of sugar coating.

For me, La Cabra is the best spot in Aarhus when it comes to coffee. The flat white and cappuccino are simply perfect – creamy, well-rounded, and always prepared to perfection. Plus, the legendary cinnamon roll: soft, buttery, with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. I also love the whole ambiance there – minimalist, but super cozy, with a calm, relaxed vibe. Free water is available, which I really like. You can just tell that quality and atmosphere go hand in hand here. A place where you'll enjoy taking your time – whether for work, reading, or simply enjoying a great coffee. Highly recommended!

"The coffee at La Cabra in Aarhus was very sour and bitter. This is probably due to the light Scandinavian roast, which strongly emphasizes fruity and acidic notes. For me personally, the taste was a bit unusual, especially if you're used to dark roasts. Those who like fruity, experimental coffees will certainly find this interesting." -

We spontaneously stopped by the café after seeing the good reviews. The prices are quite reasonable by German standards—everything cost us over €60. Regardless, the quality and taste of the food are outstanding. I would go back. The café is incredibly busy.

To crowed, and I feel the service is kind of a conveyor belt principle, making it very un personal.
