Delicious food. Hardly as delicious service

Exceptionally good food, can definitely be recommended! Good service with a quiet and calm atmosphere. Can recommend their steaks, pies and the salmon omelette.

La Viva is known for its fantastic burgers and fast service. Burgers are juicy, tasty and made with fresh ingredients, while the efficient and friendly service ensures a pleasant experience. Perfect for those who want a quick but quality meal.

So, that is. Could really be an ok place - but I reserved a table for 2 people at 1830. We - an elderly couple are shoved away at the back and down several steps in an otherwise not crowded restaurant. There is only one post ril dene to look at (and the partner of course) We order a Nachos to share as a starter and 2x Tortellini with spinach and wine. After calling a few times with a message that "the food is on its way" - over an hour had now passed - the starter arrives and 5 minutes after the main course, for which there is no room on the table, so it was put on another table where we can pick it up ourselves when we have finished the main course. Oh my gosh. In the name of justice, it must be said that the waiter now apologizes that they are busy and offers an extra glass of wine U/B. Nice enough, but couldn't you have said that when we ordered? For example, I have diabetes and was actually made uncomfortable by the long waiting time - but was not given a choice The food was quite good but not for the price. Disappointing and I will hardly go there again and my friends and acquaintances probably won't either
