Positive: The location is perfect! Dinner (social dining) was also great. The hotel lobby is very stylish. The size of the apartment was good. Negative: Our apartment did not correspond in any way to the pictures on booking.com. The kitchen, which was great in itself, was practically unequipped. A set of cutlery, three plates, and a pan. Otherwise, it was completely empty. We were told that the equipment wasn't included. (So what is such a great kitchen for then???) The furniture is also much more comfortable and, above all, complete in the pictures. The floor lamp was missing a bulb, which was not replaced even after a complaint. The TV didn't work (just a black screen). The outside of the windows desperately needed a cleaning. In the bathroom, there was a doorstop without a rubber buffer and sharp edges (barefoot area). The inside of the bathroom door is badly damaged and swollen due to moisture. The entrance area was extremely unkempt and loose cables protruded from the exterior wall.
