Absolutely amazing place. It's possibly the best food I've experienced in Viborg. It's a cozy little place, but impressively good food and service. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a fantastic evening at Les Jeunes. 7 courses where we were surprised and wildly impressed every time. Well-composed flavors and visual impressions. Well-organized, knowledgeable service and a well-composed wine menu. Les Jeunes supposedly means “The Young”, but their cuisine is not “beginner” at all. They punch far above their weight class. Really cozy place right by Viborg train station. Nice and unpretentious with a nice atmosphere and service. We ordered a tartar and a mushroom toast. The food was ready about 25 minutes after ordering and was served nicely and stylishly on a plate and just looks super appetizing. The tartar is served on a crispy homemade sourdough bread and it tastes great. The hand-cut tartar that has been dipped in kimchi melts in your mouth, together with the pickled mustard grains and beech hats the whole thing becomes just a flavor explosion in your mouth. The mushroom toast is the same flavor explosion that goes up to a higher level. One cost DKK 160 and the other DKK 165. Worth every penny. You should eat here for the experience and the flavor nuances and not the portion sizes. We are thrilled. 5-5 stars. Thank you

If you are in Viborg, you should definitely visit this address. Great service and what dishes. Each and every one, refined and well thought out with maximum taste experience. Fair price. The service made an extra effort to explain everything in English. Some days they work with a fixed menu. We left very satisfied.

If you want a great food experience, you should swing by Les Jeunes in Viborg. The atmosphere is something special and the service is top notch 👌🏽 The food is in a class of its own and they make the best coffee in town ☕️

12/08/2025: It may not be a Michelin gastronomic experience with foam and crooked angles – but that’s not the point. Honestly, everything was really, really good. The food was tasty, homely and clearly made with care and joy. I was genuinely impressed, and it was one of those experiences where you catch yourself talking about it afterwards – and want to return as soon as possible. The place itself is super cozy, almost with a fairy tale atmosphere, and it oozes charm. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The service was friendly, personal and genuinely interested in us having a good experience – and we did! It all just works really well together – the atmosphere, the service and the food. It’s the kind of place where you can have fun, relax and leave happy and full. I’m honestly already looking forward to coming back – and I recommend it with great pleasure to anyone who appreciates good food and a good atmosphere in nice surroundings.

25/06/2025: This home is a home, "from home" when you are far from home, it is nice to have a place you can come to relax, drink a cup of coffee or tea in good company. And then there is also the dish of the day on Monday and Wednesday, and "theme" burger 🍔 on Thursday. Always nice to come here 🙏🤠🏡 As usual, it's a very nice place to come, a home that you enjoy coming to 🤠🙏🤗
