We had bought a deal with food and accommodation. Dinner was quite good; some seafood salad, pork cheeks and an excellent dessert. Drinks are expensive. The room was large, with a tiny toilet/bathroom. A small kitchen table where we could make our own coffee. A TV where everything other than DR costs money. Breakfast was very primitive, with bad juice. The best thing was actually the staff, who were all really nice

The room was fine but smelled strange, the bathroom was quite small, sitting on the toilet was a challenge, almost no leg room. Had a good dinner, and good service

Bisserup kro is a cozy inn located down by the harbor in Bisserup. The food is really good and you don't leave hungry, there is a nice selection on their menu, this also applies to both wine and beer. There is beer from the big breweries. Some interesting ones from smaller/small breweries. The service is fast and friendly, a place I think is worth visiting and would like to come again. We were there for dinner, so I can't comment on the rooms. A walk in the area offers a nice beach with a view of the southern Great Belt, the cozy harbor and the forest nearby. Lovely place.

Update: Pan-fried plaice with new potatoes with parsley sauce, updated rooms. Another pleasure to come. Update: OMG, had the inn's burger, absolutely fantastic. The steak was hot, tasty spicy fries with both bearnaise and mayo dip. -AND... previous reviewers mentioned something about the water pressure in the shower. Don't worry, it's not D'AngleTerra, but it is actually possible to have both your hair and body washed. Thanks to the inn for being environmentally conscious. PS. And the towel is big enough for your body. Previously: -a fantastic place with a fantastic atmosphere. The building is so old that with a little good will, you can hear the walls whisper forgotten stories from the inn's time as a speakeasy. The food was so delicious, well-prepared and beautifully arranged. A delicious selection of not only wines, but also different types of beer, also from the local castle. Smiling service and in control of things. We will definitely see you again, and of course we will also try to sit outside and enjoy the view of the harbor. And I would like to say hello to my guests and give them praise, they will also come back. We cannot agree at all that the rooms should be cold, as a previous reviewer wrote. Proper mattresses, down comforters and CLEAN bedding. Coffee machine AND coffee in the room, and when we ran out, it was promptly refilled. All in all, a lovely experience. And I should probably say that the morning coffee was enjoyed to the sound of birds and the morning sun. So nice
