Such a great place. Great service. Really nice backyard with hills where the heather is blooming.

We have been to Lyng Dal several times now, and every time we are just so happy with the food, wine and kambucha we are served. It is all top quality which is worth much more than 5 stars. The service is present and top professional, the atmosphere is cozy and everything is just good. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

The hotel and restaurant are both 5 Star. Quaint small hotel with extremely accommodating staff. The restaurant has the most exquisite cuisine by what I could assume is a Michelin chef. My daughter had her wedding reception there last weekend and we could not have been more impressed. If you are ever in that area, please give them a look.

High class restaurant, but relaxed and cozy. Lovely with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The room was a bit small and simple, but nice and clean.

We had dinner at the restaurant. And what a lovely and complete experience. Really cozy rooms and good service. A large selection of wine (and beer), which our waiter knew a lot about. And not least really delicious food with a focus on taste and fresh ingredients. An exquisite balance between the different flavors and textures in all dishes. Five big stars from here!

1. Very beautiful location with the possibility of good walks in the surrounding area. 2. Feel very welcome as a guest - almost embraced. The entire staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Can feel the family spirit. 3. The food and service are top notch. Our taste buds were spoiled, and we enjoyed the very beautiful dishes - all 6 as well as the small bites. 4. The room was nice and cozy. Also pampering here. 5. We enjoyed the whole stay very much and would like to come again.

Big praise to Lyng Dal hotel and restaurant for good and tasty food and for making us feel welcome even with children. Great experience and definitely not the last time we stop by.
