Lyng Dal Hotel og Restaurant Skanderborg

We stayed here for one night on the way to Norway. Unfortunately we couldn't have dinner as the restaurant was closed. But the breakfast absolutely made up for it. Very individual and extremely lovingly put together breakfast. Recommended!

There is a lot of positive things to say about the place and there just isn't that much space here. The best place to eat and stay and don't forget the amazing breakfast, owner and staff. 😋😋

Invited my father out for the very big dinner, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Can really recommend the must menu as at least as good a choice as the wine. It wasn't a shame to be the one to drive home. The food was also a great experience. The decor doesn't make much of a difference, and the atmosphere is also down to earth. Really good service and presence from the staff. We will definitely come again.

Probably the best restaurant in Jutland. Service is superb, the food is excellent and the wine is spectacular and plentiful. Coming back time after time, and they continously improve! Nov. 8th, still awesome 🤗

We had the place recommended by good friends - and Lyng Dal fully lived up to our expectations. Nice place with a nice atmosphere - super friendly family/team. Simple and clean rooms and superbly delicious food. We enjoyed the well-stocked breakfast, but especially the superb dinner in the evening - all with a clear love for good and fresh ingredients. We will come again!

Delicious food and fantastic service! Their must menu for the food is really delicious, consists of homemade musts, kefir and kombucha, the must for the dessert tasted completely like apple pie. The restaurant can only be recommended!

Fantastic pearl in Denmark's most beautiful nature. Gastronomically high level with complete control of the green umami, fermentation, locally produced ingredients, care and aesthetics. Anita and co. works magic in the kitchen, and the hosts are in a special class with warmth, personality and energy. THANKS

Fantastisk oplevelse på alle parametre. Modtagelsen, maden (inkl. de små velsmagende overraskelser undervejs), vinene, betjeningen - og den afslappede atmosfære, der bare gjorde det til en af de der middage, man altid vil tænke tilbage på med stor glæde.

Fantastisk familiedrevet hyggeligt lille hotel og restaurant med naturskøn beliggenhed. Særligt middag med vinmenu og morgenmad var en stor oplevelse. Tilberedt og serveret med stor kærlighed og højt serviceniveau
