Very nice and atmospheric place with delicious food and good service!

We had a lunch platter. Average quality. The bread, however, was very delicious and freshly baked. The surroundings were quite pleasant. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. One of the employees was swearing and rude to the guests. We will not be back.

The visit to Malerklemmen was a special day for me! About 8 years ago, I invited my childhood friend for lunch/coffee there. I had read a charming description of the place in the Familiejournalen, and wanted to share it with her. Unfortunately, we didn't find the place! In May of this year, I was on a bus trip there. It was sad, because 6 days earlier I had been to this friend's funeral! And yet I enjoyed this picturesque place, albeit with sad thoughts mixed in. Malerklemmen is a place with many different rooms and hallways, beautiful old furniture and things, the eye is always catching something new to look at!!

Kaffe, æblekage og æbleskiver. Alle tre ting var i orden og smagte godt. Betjeningen var også god. Vi ville have siddet ude, men borde og stole var snavsede

Malerklemmen, in the middle of the Danish woods, could be considered a " hidden gem" - it sure is almost hidden among the green spring foliage, and it is close to being a gem, considering the lovely atmosphere in the many different rooms, the quality of the Danish open sandwiches, the cold beer and soft drinks, and the many different old items of Danish origin decorating the ceilings and walls. Before or after a hearty lunch, take a walk among the small lakes and woods in the neighbourhood.
