I chose their salmon with creme fraiche dressing and I must say the taste was outstanding. the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful which made for a pleasant dining experience. The cafe also has a good selection of drinks and side salads, making it the perfect place for a light lunch or a quick snack. The prices were reasonable and reflected the quality of the food. Overall, the Sandwich Cafe at Hugos Torv is a nice place to enjoy a tasty sandwich in a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try more of their delicious dishes.
