I visited Markus Pizza in Trøjborg and was really pleasantly surprised. The base is made with sourdough, which gives the pizza a delicious crispness and deep flavor that you don't find in many other places. I ordered their potato pizza, which was incredibly tasty and perfectly balanced. The service was also top notch – welcoming and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Markus Pizza if you want an extra good pizza experience in Trøjborg.
