Espresso House

19/10/2024: For a coffee place in the mall, it has really nice vibe and atmosphere. Quite cosy, with comfortable and spacious seating area.
15/10/2024: I have visited Espresso House several times in Waves, and have been super satisfied, but this time it was really bad, the tables are dirty, the table we sat at tilted so that both coffee and water were all over the place, the staff were unaware of their glass display case contents and their energy and joy at work was completely at the bottom, a shame 🫤. However, I will still use it next time and hope that it was a snapshot of the efforts of today's staff.
