As at all McDonald's, Burger King, Sunset etc. If a mistake is made, the question is how to handle it. In Grenaa, they always do everything they can to make you satisfied

For some reason, the management at McDonalds in Denmark seems to place much more emphasis on quality than in Germany. The tables were clean or were cleaned promptly after the guests left the table. Furthermore, it was generally very clean. The food was warm and delivered quickly. The employees were nice and provided good service. I can only recommend this McDonalds.

Quite ok McDonalds. A small minus, there are not many parking options.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's in Grenaa and I would like to share my experiences. Let me start with the positive: their crispy chicken nuggets are simply unbeatable. They are golden and crispy and they do really well with the curry dip which adds a lovely flavour. It's a combination I would definitely recommend to all nugget lovers! But there are also a few aspects that could be improved. A major challenge is the lack of adequate truck parking. As McDonald's is located in an area with significant traffic, it would be beneficial to have better truck parking options so that delivery vehicles can safely and conveniently park without causing problems for guests. Also, I would like to mention the toilet facilities which could really use an upgrade. There are only two urinals standing directly next to each other, which creates a very awkward situation where there is rarely room for two people at the same time. It is not the most comfortable experience and can lead to unnecessary inconvenience for users. All in all, McDonald's in Grenaa is a good place to enjoy some delicious nuggets, but there are places where they can improve both parking and toilet conditions to make the visit even better.

It’s a pity they canceled Breakfast, but Food was good, and quite clean. Although lots of flies make it really annoying .

There is a lot of dirt. There was a lack of toilet paper in the toilet, there was a lot on the floor and in a sink. It was dangerous to walk around because the floor of the entire restaurant was completely slippery⛸️⛸️🤕, as if something had spilled oil and smeared the floor. And parking is done in the stupidest way, so when there is a cow to drive, you must not leave the parking and make room for the next one.😒

McDonald's is what McDonald's is - all over the world. Always good... if that's what you want 😉
