McDonald's Randers

Today we got 2 large menus. Had first tried to buy them via app but payment failed 3 times, after which we gave up and ordered and paid at the drive thru. Our 2 large cokes were 70% full, fries were about the same and no napkins. It was busy but it went very quickly.

Service can be erratic. Technicians regularly mess up.

Like everyone else. However, their McDrive is hopeless. where you have to pick up and pay for the food, we drive in a sharp circle but the counter is a straight line. It is impossible to get close enough for me to get the food delivered and pay without having to lean extremely far out of the car. you can also see from the building that some people get too close

They very often make mistakes in ordering, even through the app, and therefore often end up having to review my order every time to make sure I get what I ordered. However, the fritters are often soft.
