I recently went to McDonald’s in Holstebro and the overall experience was very good. The food was, as you would expect, fresh and tasty, and the service was fast and efficient. The staff seemed friendly and the place was nice and clean. The reason I’m not giving it a full score is the recent price increases, which unfortunately drag down the overall impression a bit. The quality is still good, but the prices are starting to feel a bit high for what you get. All in all, a good place that I still like to visit, but with room for improvement on the price side.

The receipt didn't print, they mixed up the order twice, and gave out someone else's order. They then added the missing amount when I went to them myself and asked for it. The staff is very friendly and polite. The prices are high compared to other countries.

Great McDonald's. Fast and easy. The staff is friendly. They try to keep things clean, although it's not always easy after some particularly dirty and sloppy customers.

20/10/2025: Nice grill bar, with okay food and service. Boring that you have to pay 3 kr. for dipping fries or something - it should be included in the price.

16/07/2025: Half sad buffet and Playland in disrepair. We were there on a weekday evening and had the buffet. It was clear that some of it should have been taken off rather than served. That was the half sad and killed (=dry). A few fewer dishes and then do it wholeheartedly with them instead :-) The playland has a nice size but it is in disrepair. The foam floor is crawling up, the insulation so that the children don't hit themselves is getting holes in several places, there is a beautiful smell inside the ball area (and it's not lavender!) With a few hours/kroner it could be really nice again. 4 stars because the children didn't bother taking it home after all :-) Update 5 years later: Same playland. Now just in an even more sad state. Can be used and the little ones liked it. But it is really worn out and needs love
