It was during the holiday season, and there was a traffic jam on the bridge. So we left early. The restrooms were still marginally clean, but it was also very crowded, and you sometimes had to wait a long time for the restroom. Otherwise, the food was typical McDonald's...

It's just a McDonald's. Not a 5-star restaurant. The food was hot and good. That's not always the case here. The staff were friendly and nice.

Plenty of free, wide parking spaces in front of the restaurant. The McDonald's was clean, and the terminals were fully functional, offering table service. The food was brought to the table in a reasonable time. There was also a great children's play area.

27/09/2025: Sct.Michael 2025. With Frederik Liberti. And great concert with Megaphones.. Lots of good seating, outside the door, on the square. Nice party and atmosphere, with lots of people, and good service.

Hotel Lillevang - Restaurant og Camping

12/09/2025: The room was newly renovated. Have to make breakfast yourself, find the fridge, cups and care. Was a bit of a charm. Pleasant service. But quite decent standard ;)
20/08/2025: Great hotel. Wonderful kitchen with two washers, a few large fridges and a freezer, and mini-golf. The hosts were friendly, and it was nice and quiet while we were there. The location is great, you are just a short walk on the pedestrian path through the trees (full of plums, raspberries, and even cherries ready to pluck and eat!) to Bilka and the amazing Antvorskov Ruins. I recommend a 5 minute $15 uber from Slagelse Station however, as the walk to the hotel with luggage is 30-40 minutes and not the best, but you will probably pass H.C Andersen's old Latin school. Slagelse is the best town in Denmark, and I will be returning to Hotel Lillevang. Putting my name on the TV when you turn it on was a nice touch too.
