MELVÆRK Aarhus

Best Pizza I had in Aarhus so far. Fantastic Neopolitan style Pizzas, with an airy and charred crust and high quality ingredients. But this quality comes at a pretty steep price, especially as a take-away.

I took part in a pizza course at Melværk, and it wasn't just an ordinary pizza course; it was an educational and incredibly pleasant evening in good company! My primary goal was to learn about the dough, but I discovered that the composition of flavors also plays a crucial role. During the course I had the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and I felt that I had all the tools I needed. As the evening progressed, I became unbelievably full of the delicious pizzas from Melværk, which this time I had made myself. Most important of all was the relaxed, cozy atmosphere throughout the course! Nadia really managed to create a lovely atmosphere with snacks, good conversation and delicious wine, while Sharif shared the best tips for making amazing pizzas. As an added bonus, we got a goodie bag to take home, and I've already ventured into trying to make my own pizza bases! Thank you for a fantastic evening at Melværk, as always <3

Good food, lovely attentive service.

The food was fine but not many options to choose from. The atmosphere though, was very cozy and enjoyable.

It was the third time we were here and we came because we have had two really good experiences here before. However, I must admit that the quality of the experience has decreased. Very good raw materials are still used without a doubt. However, the pizza had not been heated quite high enough this time, which did not give the same fluffy and delicious edge as usual. We also waited 50 min for 3 pizzas, which is just too long. The pizza cutter for the bread was worn and falling apart. Impersonal rushed service.

Et dejligt måltid på melværk. Jeg har været på Århus ø i sommers, hvor det var en dårlig oplevelse. Men melværk i Risskov formåede at lave en fantastisk pizza! Det smagte fantastisk
