Møf Aarhus

Too fine and too scratchy. There was almost nothing on the plates, but the price was absolutely top notch. Can not recommend such a restaurant. The food tasted fine, but the good dining experience was not there and you were left with a feeling that it could have been done better yourself.

The presentation of the dishes was excellent, but the portion sizes were quite small for the price. The seating wasn’t ideal; the noise level was high, and the kitchen sounds and smells were noticeable. That said, the service and the food were good.

Always a good experience at Møf! Møf is nicely low-key, but still with big ambitions and a good selection of wine that accompanies the dishes well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good experience in Aarhus :-)

Piccolo ristorante vicino al centro di Aarhus. Tavolini di legno e bancone dove si può cenare praticamente in cucina. Servizio molto “alla mano”, che a prima vista può sembrare disattento, invece è lo stile informale che hanno scelto i giovani gestori. Utilizzo di materie prime del territorio in netta prevalenza, con un risultato particolarmente affascinante, rispetto ad altri ristoranti che abbiamo provato in Danimarca. I gusti rimangono forti, con meno spazio alle sfumature rispetto a quanto avviene in altre zone del mondo, tuttavia il risultato è appagante. Tanto che dopo aver provato alcuni piatti, siamo ritornati per provare il menù completo. Proposta di vini biologici e biodinamici. Si trova un buon accoppiamento con i piatti, ma non sono i vini che preferisco. Lo consiglio.
