Nice food and great atmosphere!

Arrive at the ice cream parlor at 11:10...on their website it says they open at 11 but there wasn't a soul to be found🤔since we've been walking around for 3 hours and really need a cup of coffee☕️☕️🍦🍨🍪🍪so we decide to call the owner and ask when they'll be coming😂we get a hold of a gentleman who says we'll be there at 12🤗we walk a little more and then come back and now it's open🤩we get our long-awaited coffee/cookies/ice cream😋and they finally had oat milk for the coffee🤩so we were very satisfied🤗
