Delicious open-faced sandwiches buffet.

Last July I was out here for their open-faced sandwich buffet, and wait, how DELICIOUS was it!! 🤩😍🤤👌🏻 Good with different choices, and when a plate was empty, a completely different variant could come in instead - it was really delicious, and exciting to experience some variants you hadn't tried before 👏🏻 But .... there was a small minus, and that was that we were placed at a table where there is a garden door out to the terrace, and this exit was constantly used by the staff, and some customers, which was very annoying, since one of our seats was right up to this door, which meant that you had to move from your chair every time so they could pass. I think that was very annoying, and it's a real shame that one seat was right there... That's why I don't give more stars for atmosphere than I have 🤷🏻

We had the open-faced sandwich buffet and it was really good! When it's a buffet you can't make the food as good as made to order. But really good food! And fair price!

Cozy restaurant where they offer delicious smørrebrød. There were two of us, and we chose two different dishes to share. One dish was with potato and the other with "flaeskestaeg". It tasted exquisite!!!

A place you must visit, you get the best open sandwiches you can find in Denmark and the service is top notch

We were here on a Sunday at the end of August. It was pretty much the only restaurant open before 4 pm. The selection is limited. They have smørrebrød, but in many variations, all of which are delicious. You actually feel satisfied without that heavy feeling. Enjoy it with a Grimbergen from a goblet or a 0.75l glass of Tuborg. It gives the day structure. On the downside: There's a small sign on the door saying you should check in at the bar to be assigned a table. If you don't, you're ignored, even though no one at the bar is responsible for assigning tables. As a result, people pile up in front of the bar and some even leave again. An English menu is available upon request, and the friendly server spoke excellent German and English.
