A glorious - pure American idyll. I got a good cup of coffee and a cake that was delicious, but plenty sweet at the end. I will ask for a half size next time.

You must have extra accessories as you save on fries (3 extra portions of fries correspond to one standard) But a fantastically nice and cozy place and worth a visit

A Diner that really revolves around the customers. Really delicious food, where what is served is a meal that you can fill up on. Nice atmosphere, good service and smiling staff. Definitely worth a visit (If you have a little interest in beautiful older American cars, then it is a must to visit this cozy little oasis)

31/01/2025: A super delicious restaurant. The food was sublime, many small dishes. The wine as well. A cheeky touch with beer for one of the dishes, in the range of wines. The service is second to none, and friendly. The view over Aarhus harbor could well be fallen into disrepair. Both chef and waiter took the time to talk about the different dishes and answer our countless questions. It was just good.
28/12/2024: Fantastic evening at Substance. Thank you for really good food and a nice relaxed atmosphere. The hosts took a lot of time to explain everything we got and extra nice chat. Just a few things that drag it down a bit. Why do you call it a juice menu when it is a cold tea menu? If in the kitchen you want to open the door to the toilets for the guests, you should probably just wash your hands before continuing to prepare the food. When you're wearing a plaster in the kitchen, why don't you wear a disposable glove? Apart from this it was a great evening and good experience, we would recommend to others...
