Niels Bugges Kro Viborg

Niels Bugge's inn A thoroughly surprisingly good culinary experience. We had ordered a five-course menu with accompanying wine menu. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. We were warmly welcomed and shown our seats and soon after that both drinks and snacks were ready. After that, all the dishes were served, which were absolutely delicious, nicely arranged, beautifully presented and tasted great, came in perfect timing and all the time with either an introduction from one of the friendly waiters, chefs and even the owner - it's especially their friendly atmosphere, which helps to make a special difference compared to other gourmet restaurants. The wine menu was similarly fantastic! There were as many as two Beaujolaisers - one red and one white! Out of the entire Beaujolais production, only 1% is white, so it was also special that they had the courage to do this, but both wines were class wines and are a good expression of the place - new, bold and really good. This place will soon have a long queue to get a table. The warmest recommendations from here!

Taste experiences in a special class I think by now we have tested all the restaurants in the Viborg area. When we want to pamper ourselves extra and don't want to be disappointed, the choice always falls on Niels Bugges Kro. The food is prepared through experiments and with unique results that pamper your taste buds. The wine is perfectly matched to each dish. The entire experience is serviced by smiling and welcoming staff.....even dishes are served by the chefs personally. Super experience 👍

Three couples on Tidlig Weekend stay Thursday-Friday with a 4-course gourmet menu with an extra tasty appertizer - we chose the accompanying wine. The food really at the highest gourmet level, well-coordinated and aesthetically arranged. Rooms with a view and individually furnished and surroundings with the most beautiful scenery with Hald Sø - forest lake just behind the inn with trickling streams with Hærvejen's walking route along and on the other side of the road towards the lake the entrance to the newly restored staging of De fem Halder with wooden footpaths. Recommended for everyone who wants peace and nature in tasteful harmony with food and service at the highest level. We will come again with pleasure soon hopefully

Bestemt en fin restaurant, prisniveau ligger middel/dyr. Der er ikke mange valgmuligheder i forhold til menuen, faktisk kun to😐😔

Niels Bugge er absolut et besøg værd. Her serveres rigtig dejlig mad og god betjening. Vi har stort ønske om at komme igen.

WOW....Just WOW.... Great hyggelig location. Beautiful restaurant updated to today's minimalistic standards but still been true to the history and charms of the place. Beautiful modern rooms. Excellent food that we are all still talking about and to top it off, the service and staff were extraordinary.
