20/01/2024: I have never been treated so badly in a store before. My sister and I don't even manage to get through the door before an angry lady asks very nasty "what do you want?". To which we reply "Oh, we'll just look at the map to see what you have". I ask about their salads if you can have one specially made without lettuce leaves, and get the ugliest and most disgusting answer, which almost makes me seem like it was the stupidest question in the whole world. Although I offered her to pay extra. I answer "oh that's also perfectly okay" and I continue to look at the board. To which she says very offended "well, are you going to have a salad or what?" and I get completely confused and annoyed that it has to go so quickly without us even being allowed to see what they have. We hasten to choose two sandwiches, as we can feel that the woman behind the counter is very impatient (and it goes without saying that there were no other guests, so it was not due to busyness). And all the while she asks what we should wear and such, she just talks disgustingly ugly to us and in a very sharp and angry voice. Have never experienced service like it, have otherwise shopped there many times and met the nicest people, both older and younger staff. But a brown-haired lady in her 30s was not a pleasant experience. But it could be that she had a bad day, which unfortunately just rubbed off on the customers... But delicious food, you can never put a finger on it.
