A fantastic local baker in Skælskør, where the quality of the baked goods is truly top class. It is clear that attention is paid to the details - both in taste and appearance. They have also understood the importance of good surroundings and offer wonderful coffee from Lavazza, which makes the visit extra pleasant. A super initiative for early morning souls who want a quiet moment with delicious coffee and freshly baked bread. The service was also top notch - sweet, smiling and welcoming staff who make the visit even better. Highly recommended! Good initiative in a city with a lack of such initiatives, would have got 5 stars if the experience had been by the harbor further down the pedestrian street, maybe the baker will open a small cozy coffee shop there one day 😉

It's just the best idea they've had, the service, the coffee and the cake were just top notch

We bought two different buns and two different cakes. There was a very large and inviting selection of cakes. One cake was very delicious with white chocolate and licorice on the outside and a chocolate cream inside on top of a wreath cake base (you can't eat two though). The other was a brownie with whipped cream on top where the foam was fine but the brownie had the texture of a light factory made chocolate cake and was not moist. The buns (müsli and one coarse) were on par. Sweet service. Pretty good prices. There is a nice little cafe area to eat in.

Nice that you can get a good cappuccino in Skælskør - and then with a good and freshly baked sourdough bun with cheese and jam and a good croissant. And incredibly cheap (says the Copenhagener here).

Super cozy place.. However, toilets are freezing cold and very small.
